It's easy to use for our small fleet of trucks with 3-4 drivers. The reports are very detailed when looking at costs per hour/day etc. I would like more flexibility in what is being tracked by each driver so they can do their own thing without having to share information or have someone else track it for them (ie: fuel usage). Also wish there was an interface between techware and other systems we used such as Quickbooks. This would help streamline things even further. We're trying to better manage our time spent working on vehicles to reduce downtime due to mechanical issues. By tracking this info using different platforms such as quickbooks it helps us keep accurate records of how many hours were worked on any given vehicle. With the new version of maintrac you also get automatic notification if the truck breaks down which allows us.
