Bought this for looks, don’t notice a difference in pain but that’s okay. Will get a little green/copperish staining on my skin if i am doing chores and sweating, but I don’t find that as a big negative. Little soap and water cleans it right up. I wear it 24/7 and going to buy a second one as there is a little separation of the braid from the band. I attribute this to my expanding and contracting the band to get it on and off, NOT due to the quality of the product.
