6 stars ;) for pure excellence at a great price. Durable, dishwasher safe (really!), beautiful and for the most part a good size (slightly smaller than expected on the plates but still great sizes including bowls that can hold a lot!). I like them WAY more than the cheap Walmart dishes I've bought. Much more useful! Great depth to store food on plates :) And it doesn't look like cheap plastic! - 1 imaginary star for unusable cutlery. Chinese style cutlery in cases (I was in China) - not very convenient for me. And suitcases are really useless if you don't take them to the picnic. I can't even think of what to do with them other than maybe keep board game chips for no reason :P But they are so awesome I can only give them 5 stars. $25 and they saved me from my horrible movers who killed all my dishes by putting them in a box without bubble wrap (they "wrapped"). I don't even feel like I'm in a hurry to buy new dishes for the holiday :) Thanks guys! Buy boldly! And just use other cutlery.
