I've had other blue light glasses that have helped noticeably with headaches while working on the computer. Those glasses didn't seem to help at all. So I researched how to check if blue light glasses really are blue light glasses. These tests failed. Looking at my previous blue light glasses, I could see that the lenses weren't your ordinary, plain plastic lenses. These lenses look like they are just plain old plastic. The tests I've run have confirmed that they don't block blue light.
