Review on AGPtEK Corded Headset Telephone with Dialpad 🎧 for House Call Center Office - Enhanced Noise Cancellation by Alex Montgomery

I wanted to write this review because I was hesitant to buy this set and I was not sure of the quality. I work from home as a translator so I'm constantly on the phone and needed something good at a reasonable price. The product came ready to use in a small box, the headset and dial pad are packed separately. I just connected it like a normal phone. Time/date etc. was correct, no adjustments needed. The headset is comfortable, the screen is good, the ringing is very loud, my house is quite a decent size and I can hear it anywhere in the house. Below is what I would like but then again if I wanted more I could choose a more expensive one but for the price you can't go wrong. Same day delivery as I have Revain Prime and live in the same day delivery area. I am also attaching photos to help someone. Pros/Cons/Wishes 1. It has a mute button, I wish it said on screen that mute was on just to be sure. To be honest the traffic light changes from green to orange and you hear some sort of click so you know the change has happened but it would still be better if I could see it even though it's just me. 2. I want to have a spare battery just in case. No big deal. I knew he didn't have it.3. The numbers on the keyboard do not light up. However, the screen works and it helps a little if you turn off the light or have a little light. I sometimes work late nights so this would be helpful/useful.4. The only thing that seemed strange to me was that if you spend more than 1 hour on the phone (59 minutes and 59 seconds to be exact) the on-screen timer will reset and start counting again as if the call had just begun. This is weird and I don't know if there is a way to fix this. I will have to see. It's not a big deal but I'd rather keep the timer running, especially in my work, I have to make sure I keep track of my minutes, I don't want to sit here and add up every minute when the call is longer than one Hour. The reason I gave it 4 stars is really the mute and screen time reset when you're on the phone for more than 1 hour. I've never seen this on a home or work phone. I'll try to see if this can be tweaked/reset, I'll update anyway.
