Excellent purchase. Call center decent or just to protect against neck strain

Calls are crystal clear and I didn't spend $100 so I was very happy with the camping. I've been using it for over 2 weeks now with no problems. A classmate recommended it as we were just getting started with virtual calling and needed something affordable. It met our needs and exceeded our expectations. I can also wear it for needed comfort when my neck is bothering me and my mom and sisters want to talk forever. I'm actually considering buying another one for home use. This is a greatโ€ฆ

Not a very good impression of this one

I'm very disappointed with this, mainly because of the headset. I can't understand the caller well, even at maximum volume. The mouthpiece does not stay in place after I adjust it. Most headsets have a small clip on the cord that you can clip to your shirt. It's not, so the cable is in the way. The phone itself keeps setting the date back to 2009. Nothing bad, but weird. There are many customization options. Date and ringtone were the only ones that seemed important to me. The two ringingโ€ฆ

Concerned about my productivity

Little finesse for headsets

This is a mixed review. I like that the footprint of the phone is smaller. This saves space on your desktop. I love that it lets you work hands-free on a POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) line while dialing a computer line for call center-like service. The call is loud and clear. OMG, this is exactly what I needed.

I LOVE THIS PHONE SO MUCH! Now I blame myself for not being able to buy it for so long. I've hesitated and hesitated while researching the best phones for working online from home. In short, this is the best phone. The headset is transparent and reversible and can be worn on either ear. It's loud, I can hear my customers and they can hear me. No more bad connections and people keep saying they can't hear me or I say I can't hear them. I like the compact size, it's small, fits right on my deskโ€ฆ

The phone can't take it.

I bought 4 of these for myself and 3 colleagues to use for remote work. The intent was to use phones 1 or 2 days a week while working from home. One of the phones stopped working in the first week after 1 day of use. Another phone worked this week less than 4 months after purchase and as mentioned only used 1-2 days a week. Good product for the price so far so good. :)

I wanted to write this review because I was hesitant to buy this set and I was not sure of the quality. I work from home as a translator so I'm constantly on the phone and needed something good at a reasonable price. The product came ready to use in a small box, the headset and dial pad are packed separately. I just connected it like a normal phone. Time/date etc. was correct, no adjustments needed. The headset is comfortable, the screen is good, the ringing is very loud, my house is quite aโ€ฆ
