Excellent purchase. Call center decent or just to protect against neck strain

Calls are crystal clear and I didn't spend $100 so I was very happy with the camping. I've been using it for over 2 weeks now with no problems. A classmate recommended it as we were just getting started with virtual calling and needed something affordable. It met our needs and exceeded our expectations. Not a very good impression of this one

I'm very disappointed with this, mainly because of the headset. I can't understand the caller well, even at maximum volume. The mouthpiece does not stay in place after I adjust it. Most headsets have a small clip on the cord that you can clip to your shirt. It's not, so the cable is in the way. The phone itself keeps setting the date back to 2009. Nothing bad, but weird. This is a mixed review. I like that the footprint of the phone is smaller. This saves space on your desktop. The phone can't take it.

I bought 4 of these for myself and 3 colleagues to use for remote work. The intent was to use phones 1 or 2 days a week while working from home. One of the phones stopped working in the first week after 1 day of use. Another phone worked this week less than 4 months after purchase and as mentioned only used 1-2 days a week.
