I'm very disappointed with this, mainly because of the headset. I can't understand the caller well, even at maximum volume. The mouthpiece does not stay in place after I adjust it. Most headsets have a small clip on the cord that you can clip to your shirt. It's not, so the cable is in the way. The phone itself keeps setting the date back to 2009. Nothing bad, but weird. There are many customization options. Date and ringtone were the only ones that seemed important to me. The two ringing options are basically very quiet and very loud. Therefore, in order not to offend my neighbors, I am very calm. It wasn't a very good buy for me. I decided to go back to using my phone with a cheap but good headset so I could hear my customers.
