I bought 4 of these for myself and 3 colleagues to use for remote work. The intent was to use phones 1 or 2 days a week while working from home. One of the phones stopped working in the first week after 1 day of use. Another phone worked this week less than 4 months after purchase and as mentioned only used 1-2 days a week. The keypads on both phones stopped working, leaving you unable to answer a call or uselessly dial a number. For the price I didn't expect it to be a quality phone that would last for years but I expected it to last over 4 months. The sound quality in the headset is not bad, but not outstanding either. Sticky electronic music will play when you press the hold button. So if you work in a professional environment or don't want to freak out those who put you off, you need to use the "must do" key, not the hold key. If you need a phone with a headset to work from home and you're trying to save money, this may save you in a pinch until you buy something higher quality. My suggestion would be to find something else and not buy this phone at all, but if you do decide to buy make sure you have a backup plan in case the keyboard stops working.
