I LOVE THIS PHONE SO MUCH! Now I blame myself for not being able to buy it for so long. I've hesitated and hesitated while researching the best phones for working online from home. In short, this is the best phone. The headset is transparent and reversible and can be worn on either ear. It's loud, I can hear my customers and they can hear me. No more bad connections and people keep saying they can't hear me or I say I can't hear them. I like the compact size, it's small, fits right on my desk and doesn't take up much space at all. I don't like the fact that the headset itself doesn't have a mute button, but a phone with a dial pad does, and when it's on mute the little green light turns red-green. The headset is also adjustable and fits very well. I used to have to bring another headset to my ear, especially when I was having trouble hearing the person on the other line. With this headset I now have COMPLETELY hands free. I couldn't be happier and for the price. this is a really great buy!
