This is a mixed review. I like that the footprint of the phone is smaller. This saves space on your desktop. I love that it lets you work hands-free on a POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) line while dialing a computer line for call center-like service. The call is loud and clear. The date/time function is easy to read. The phone is light. A small "toy". The included headset has flaws. I can't always hear the caller clearly; Earbuds are small. (Many factors affect speech intelligibility on both sides of a call that are worth mentioning, but should be considered an incidental issue.) The microphone must be positioned very carefully. I've had callers mention they want the ringtone to be louder or clearer. In this case I notice that the microphone part is in a position that should be fine. However, I have to adjust it so that it is very close to my lips. I will update the headset soon. The metal part and the earbuds are rather small/light. Generally "does the job". In a world where call center style phones are very expensive, this option fit my budget while the others didn't.
