I love this backpack. I needed a backpack design to reduce shoulder strain and this adorable bag fits my needs perfectly. I prefer purses/bags with compartments for organization and easy access to what I need. I love the open side pockets where things like my phone or keys can be stowed away quickly. I thought aligning the shoulder straps and backpack straps would be cumbersome and would interfere with each other, but I constantly switch between the two with no problem. I like knowing that I can carry it on my back without having to think twice about someone pulling out my wallet without me knowing (not too scary, but it happens). I've been using it for about a month and haven't had any durability issues. Seems to have done very well. Update 6/16/20: Still using it, still loving it!
