delivery was spot on. After reading other reviews I was concerned about the width of this shoe. I buy most shoes in the wide version. Usually wear 12 - 12.5, ordered 13 because 12.5 wasn't an option. The width is perfect, the length corresponds to that indicated. Comfortable shoe with good arch support. I wore them for about 9 hours the first day. These are great shoes! I have several pairs of Keen shoes, they are all very good. They're easy to slip on and off and are perfect for the Wisconsin winter.
