I slept on it for the first time last night (never used anything like it) and now I can't imagine sleeping without it! I have a good pillow top mattress but I still have pain that wakes me up at night and a very sore shoulder. At first glance I thought I hope I wouldn't sweat with it and surprisingly I didn't sweat at all. I've had one of the best nights I've had in a long time, I sleep on my side but I've tried sleeping on my back and wow I slept. I've only woken up once with my sore shoulder but with no other pain, I just love it. You need very deep pocket sheets and he recommends putting them under your mattress protector but it doesn't fit under mine so I just put the sheets in and tucked them neatly and there was no problem. I really didn't think something like this would make a huge difference, but I'm so glad I tried it and will never go without.
