The taxi service is available for everyone in any part of Madrid as well as its suburbs. I love that it's so easy to book a cab with this app without having to communicate directly through telephone or by emailing them! It makes my life easier when traveling alone since you don't have to call other people that are not close enough nor do they need to reply an email message to confirm things. Also very helpful if you're travelling somewhere far away from home. You can use all sorts of languages (Spanish included) which helps greatly once there. Sometimes though, depending upon where we were going sometimes one language was difficult to understand hence causing frustration. As mentioned earlier, very useful tool should be used to travel anywhere throughout Spain as easily as possible while ensuring safety too.
