Telescopic Teaching Pointer With Handheld Presenter For Whiteboard, Retractable Classroom Pointer (2 Pack) Review

I had been using a thin wood pointer which broke. I am a preschool Teacher with a 2 - 3 year old class. I like to give the pointer to the children to point to our letter/color/number/shape etc and this is perfect for them. The children were all very excited about the new pointer. I love that it collapses for easy storage. It feels very sturdy, I'm sure it will last through many school years.

I train coworkers on our computer systems at work. This is a lifesaver when trying to point out what to do/where to click in a computer program. It extends so I am not side be side in someone’s face when training.

Very easy to use. I purchased for use of my service dog to show her exactly what I need her to pick up/give to me. She is a Mastiff Mix and sometimes wants to play with the pointer, so far it is standing up to her. I'm very pleased.

The felt tip can come off, but hey, that's a minor complaint. We use it for presentations on our 80" TV in our conference room.

Sometimes the little laser red dot flopping around the screen used by presenters is distracting to the viewer. This simple collapsible pointer is much easier for the audience to deal with. It’s old fashioned but is really more effective than the the shaky little laser dot.

Purchased this with the intent to remove the end as shown in the photos to use in another way and it does not unscrew. Tried by hand and with pliers and will not budge. Not the end of the world for $6.

Bought them for testing smoke alarms. It doesn't take much pressure to press the test buttons. However, they're even better for other stuff in his pandemic. I use them to press elevator buttons too! They're also not bad for sore leg muscles after running away neighborhood coyotes!

First time about to use it and this is what happened. Would give this a full 5 stars if this would have included the strap to hang the pointer.

This is extremely sturdy (I think if we had 2, I could use it as a "sword" and play with my son without it breaking). Feels nice to the hand. Extends really far. Very nice quality. Nice when pointing at computer monitors as the felt tip won't scratch the screen. Decent length not too long not too short. Great for ADHD students as they can follow it around when I'm swinging it wildly. Reminds me of my cat sprinkles following a Lazer pointer!

I use this to point while teaching and it definitely serves me well. It is affordable and is really long when extended. The retractable mechanism is noisy and disruptive.

The parking lot where I keep my vehicle requires a password to enter. I cannot reach the keypad without getting out of my car. This extends enough to reach it while remaining in the car! Love it.

I have a smart board in my classroom. These pointers have been invaluable for learning interaction. I clean after each student use and the handle looks as good as when it arrived. As a teacher I purchase items that enhance my classroom and are a great value for my money. These pointers fit both.

I teach piano in my home. I am also in a wheelchair. I sit next to my students while they are at the piano, but it is very difficult for me to point out a particular measure where I want them to focus. I would have to ask them to put their music near to me while I pointed out the Measure. But now, with this pointer, my students can leave their sheet music where it is convenient for them, and I can easily use it to just tap where I need them to focus. Wish I’d thought of it sooner.

I have issues reaching some days because of my back and this stick is the best thing I ever purchased for my office. I can press a button on my phone. I can turn my heater on/off, etc. Really like this stick

These pointers slide out easily and smoothly. They extend about 3 feet ( 1 meter) and will help me keep a safer distance (during the CoVid pandemic) from my students while teaching piano in person.

It's thicker than I thought; much larger than a pen. The telescoping sections stick but after wiping with WD40 they move freely. The small pad at the tip falls out easily. Had to glue it in place.

I bought this to add to a a play "teacher set" for my nieces. They love it! It is sturdy, functional, and shortens down to keep it from taking up too much space.
