Purchasing this laptop was a serious mistake. I bought it in January and didn't open it until late February/early March, now I realize that not opening it and checking the computer as soon as I received it was a huge mistake. When I opened it about 4 weeks later I found it was faulty and now I'm stuck with the laptop as the refund option has disappeared from my Revain purchase history. When I turned on the laptop, I noticed a thin blue vertical line on the left. Screen. I tried searching Google for a solution only to find that a hardware issue with the display or graphics card was the likely culprit. Today I logged into my Revain account only to find that the back/back button is gone leaving me stuck with a new laptop with a blue bar on the screen. I tried to take a screenshot to show the blue line but the line doesn't appear in the screenshot so it indicates to me that the LED itself is defective. I've never heard or seen that before. I decided to take a picture from my phone, here you can see the line, it looks black in the photos but it's actually blue. Please help Revain or the seller as I need to replace or refund this laptop.
