These are great for tool assembly. I spend most of my day assembling and disassembling tool sets for steel presses. Therefore, in addition to abrasion resistance, a certain heat resistance is also of great importance. The only problem I had was my hand getting caught between a small and medium sized glove. Against my best judgment, I went deeper because I'd done that with mechanized clothing in the past. Bad idea with that. Now I have a $40 pair of gloves that are way too small. Just makes dexterity an issue when it comes to writing or full fist clenching. Out of my own fault, these are great gloves.
