Adds great functionality to the totally goofy 'slim' new MacBook design. It doesn't seem to affect charging speeds, and I regularly plug something into each port with no issues. The only thing that confuses me is that it's a little thicker than the latest MacBooks (and probably a lot thicker than the Air), so when you plug it in it always sits slightly at an angle because it hits the tabletop first. It doesn't seem to cause any problems, but I'm concerned that it might put a strain on the USB-C ports on the laptop. You can turn it upside down to fix the problem, but then it protrudes beyond the back of the laptop, making ports difficult to access. If they made it a bit thinner or even moved the USB-C connectors down a bit, that would be perfect!
