I have a black leather sofa set imported from Italy 30 years ago, the leather is showing its age. I did a water test, the skin absorbed it immediately. I applied a small amount of balm and it covered most of the surface perfectly. Waited an hour, then polished the surface with a clean rag, a lot of stains, ok, wait three days, then polish again, a lot of stains, ok, wait another three days. and i've been doing this for a month now, still black marks on the fabric, who are we kidding? I gave it two stars because it works on the shoes and who cares if the shoes get dirty.
