Review on 🐬 Kucaa Handmade Scrapbooking Edge Puncher: Fancy Heart Dolphin Design DIY Paper Cutter for Unique Borders by Karla Richter

Nice design but spoils and breaks after THREE MONTHS!

When I first purchased this item, I received a different design than what I requested. I liked the design so I kept it and ordered another instead of hassling with returns. The second time I got what I wanted. Both kicks are good but both have the same issue and that's why I didn't give 5 stars. There is no "garbage trap" below. Whenever I use a hole punch, I have to put a sheet of paper underneath to collect the scraps, otherwise I have to clean up little scraps of paper when I'm done with them. I keep a sticky lint roller on hand to clean up the mess after each use. It seems like it would be very easy to make these punches using a plastic scrap catcher, but unfortunately most of the punches I've seen and used don't have them. In general, the shot quality is good. They cut well, but sometimes it's difficult to break through multiple layers of paper, especially when they're thick. UPDATE: Hammer drill broke after 3 months of occasional use! This particular hammer drill always felt stiff to me when using it, so I foil sharpened the blades as directed on the tag. I've also made it a rule never to try anything thicker than an index card. Today I tried to use it and my card just snapped. I tried sharpening the blades and noticed the entire punch had popped out of the base. After several attempts to fix it, I gave up and threw it in the trash. For the price I paid and the care I used it with, this kick should have lasted longer. I no longer recommend it.
