This company clearly cares about their customers, which is rare these days! I received a new cap that is a really great length and beautifully finished. I am a satisfied customer and recommend trying this product! If you have any problem just reach out to them as they are a pleasure to work with! First Review: Lid was not at all as advertised. I have shoulder length curls and it was too short for her. The XL runs quite long (at least mid-back), which is why I bought it. Disappointing.
