Not Very Impressed - Computers and Accessories

I have ordered two of these and have only tried one so far and my general opinion is that I am not impressed. One fan I tried worked only partially, meaning only one fan worked, I couldn't get the other to spin. The other thing that inspired the 2 star rating is that it only has one speed. I'm in Arkansas and it's getting HOT! I wanted the fans to be for personal use when sitting outside, but with a low fan setting and only one of the fans blowing, I couldn't turn anything on. I like that it's adjustable and the color.
