Review on 🪑 SUNNOW Ergonomic Desk Chair by Michelle Lyons

The chair arrived on time. The fit of the legs on the hub was poor when received and the plastic holding the two wheels to the legs broke within a week. Although the support has been great. I did an initial report, they asked for a shipping address, and about a week later I had a replacement base. Legs are good substitutes. UPDATE 6/25/21. The first replacement leg only lasted a week before the same failure occurred. Again, the support was great. They said there is an improved base with design improvements, but it has to come from China and it will take a month. They asked if I was willing to wait and I replied that I would if I didn't lose my right of return if that doesn't solve the problem. They also offered me a lumbar support pillow for my problems for free, although I really have nowhere to use it. The second replacement leg set looked identical to the first but I was assured the design changes were internal and not visible. They also only lasted about a week. I also noticed that my new glass chair mat has a scratch, presumably from a broken base that scratched it. So I gotta go back to my old Costco chair. I will be in touch with the company and see if they honor the return obligation as the Revain return window appears to be closed.
