Review on Zojirushi CD-NAC40BM Micom Water Boiler & Warmer: High-Quality 4.0-Liter, Metallic Black - Made in Japan by Dale Emmel

I've been using this since March 2021 and it's worked great for several months, although it usually takes longer to cook compared to yet another Zojirushi -Boiler I've had before. Internal hard water gets into the system a lot and faster than most I've come across, but the main issue is that there is a plug that can be removed, but there is also a plug booster where the plug goes into the system entry. This thing came loose and the electronic connector came out too. I can put it back but I'm afraid to use it now because it's a boiler and I don't want electricity and hot water to mix. Very disappointed with it. I bought this one more expensive as it was made in Japan but only lasted a few months so not happy at all. I can't get it back either.
