Great for Exfoliating! I also love the fact that it comes from a renewable plant-based source. This is a good size; Smaller than my old loofah, it fits perfectly in the palm of my hand. Yes I did get some seeds on 1st use (as mentioned in some other reviews) but not much and none after 2nd use. Will definitely buy again when they wear out!
