I am very disappointed in these crayons. I ordered these after reading many positive reviews but when I received them this morning and opened them I noticed many of them had cracks in the wood running all over the pencil. At first I thought it was just sharpening marks, but upon closer inspection I realized it was actually cracked wood. I tried a few of them to see the quality and while some of them (mostly browns) were very smooth and appeared to be of good quality, some of my blues were so dry they barely showed any color. I've only tried a few of these and maybe it just didn't work for me, but I don't see how anyone can be happy with these pens. Also finally let me say that I never expected them to be the most amazing or softest pencils, I have many different colored pencils, Prismacolors, FaberCastell, Crayola etc, I record videos showing my coloring materials and have had hoping to find them affordable and quality options to talk about. I was just hoping they would be something comparable to my Crayola crayons, which by the way are a lot softer and better quality than these (at least the ones I have). It was a very big disappointment to get cracked and dry crayons, maybe it was just bad luck like I said before, but hopefully I can find good/affordable crayons to talk about in my videos. :/UPDATE: I contacted the company and they were very nice, they sent me a new product that still had issues but was significantly better, after trying all the pencils I gave them a 3/5 and I would rate customer service 5/5.
