I was wary of this purchase because the price was much lower than others. One of the differences between these toner cartridges and others is that they didn't come with a tool to remove the chip from the original cartridges, but since I'd done it before I didn't need to do it again. Only the old chip of the old cartridge had to be inserted into this. The print quality was excellent. Was worth it if you have already exchanged the cartridges. Even if this is your first replacement, removing the old chips isn't difficult.
