Review on Sanuk Kids Boy's Cozy Root Beer Sandal (Little Kid/Big Kid) by Daniel Aboubakar

My boy wore them for 2 hours. He loved them when he put them on, they looked amazing. All is well. After 2 hours he said his leg hurt. I looked and there were terrible blisters. (Pictured) Only on one leg. I wondered if one of them was bigger than the other and therefore the strap on just one was too tight. No, I measured his legs with a machine caliper. Within 0.007 in width, within 0.0095 in length and within 0.0004 in height/thickness. There is no excuse. Really disappointing. We have 7 Sanuk couples as a family. We never had a problem with them, this one was a failure. They were bought a few months ago and were in the closet up until this weekend, so Amazon won't be returning them. And Sanuk's website is terrible for everything except an order. What now?
