Sanuk Kids Boy's Cozy Root Beer Sandal (Little Kid/Big Kid) Review

I bought these for my 11 year old son. The fit was perfect and he loved the pillow. After 30 days of intermittent wear (not every day) the strap on a sandal came loose from the sole. As said, they weren't worn every day and they weren't abused in any way. The strap is not torn or torn, it appears that the glue inside the sandal that the strap is attached to has come loose. If I wasn't outside the main return window I would definitely return them.

A few years ago I had a pair of toddler Sanuk sandals which were velcro flip flops and they were perfect for those chunky little feet! I couldn't find them anymore so they seemed like the only option for Sanuk toddlers. My mother-in-law got me two pairs for my two younger sons. As a Sanuk shopper I decided to buy these for my 11 year old daughter who usually has a hard time finding sandals that don't hurt her feet but she said they are really comfortable. I was concerned about durability based on other reviews but in our experience they hold up quite well and my daughter isn't the gentlest of people.

These are my favorite slippers. They're not necessarily the most durable, but they're usually inexpensive and very comfortable. If you can find them for less than $20, they're a great deal.

My daughter is 10.5 years old so I figured she would arrive on 11/12. grow up with them. The insole is about 1 inch longer than your foot but the straps are so tight. I don't think they stretch, just made for narrow feet.

My son who has small feet can't even put them on. They are SO HEAVY. Not just the wrong size, but just too tight. And I'm upset because I missed 30 days to come back and now we're stuck with them.

They fit my son well but the design on top caused blisters on his leg. Too bad they didn't have the usual leg strap like all other models.

My son had them for 3 months and both straps/shoe straps broke. They are too expensive for so little use. The price of the shoe may be considered expensive for some parents, especially considering its limited durability and functionality.

My son, who hates anything uncomfortable, loves her. That's my feedback. Bonus. They don't blow the strap area like cheap plastics do.

I usually love Sanuk products as I have bought them several times in the past. In fact, I have these adult size flip flops. However, I bought these flip flops for my son 1 month ago (refund expired 5 days ago) and they are already broken. I am very disappointed with this and will not be buying any more Sanuk products.

Ideal! Sanuk is a good brand so I'm glad I bought these sandals for my 10 year old. He talks about how comfortable they are and how good they look!

My nine year old almost ten year old grandson says these flip flops are his favorite Easter Bunny gift! He says they are very comfortable, best flip flops he has ever had!

My son has a second pair of these flip flops. The first is still in good condition. He just had to increase the size. They are soft and comfortable. We will continue to buy them when he grows out of his current size.

I wanted to try the warranty process. With postage included it's not really worth waiting 3 weeks for a warranty replacement (which isn't guaranteed as they decide if it's an actual defect and there's no indication of what that means). These sandals were bought in June and the thong is already out. This happened to a previous couple but after about 11 months I realized it was a one off mistake. Not at all. There is also no way to fix them yourself. What a waste.

The kids took advantage of her. My family wears flip flops all year round. Took months. They actually lasted longer than I thought. The continuous band holds up well. Usually goes first. Was a great product.

I bought these in June for my 9 year old, they broke the first week of August. He loved them so much he said they were the most comfortable flip flops he had ever worn! Super comfortable sole and soft non-scratchy fabric. Unfortunately they didn't last long :(

The quality of the sandals is excellent. Well done. Very cozy. Unfortunately it didn't fit. Son wears size 13. Ordered 13/1. If the foot is on the sandal, this is the perfect size for the foot. However, when there are sandals on the foot, there are too many sandals in front of the toes and too few under the heel. Can I order a larger size but having an extra sandal in front of my toes may pose a tripping hazard?

The cushion of these sandals was very comfortable but the strap was too tight. My son had trouble getting his foot in and they were very uncomfortable. We have adult Sanuk sandals and we love them so we were hoping for the same result with them. We returned it and got something that fits better.

I'm a big Sanuk buyer and give them to everyone because they should know about the awesomeness of this brand! Bought these for my nephew who is severely autistic and can't stand the sudsy feel of regular flip flops but being a yoga mat like material they can be stepped on and almost feel like the toys you are crushing. which makes them even funnier for a kid. The young man also has a lot of fun talking and thinking about the "root beer” in the title, he loves them!

Disappointed that these sandals broke after four months of wearing. My son loves them very much but I expected them to last a lot longer.
