I don't work out, but I bought some of these in case I ever do.But they're too small. So I gave the extra large shirts to my 12 year old daughter. Too small for her too.So I gave them to my 4 year old niece. Too small.Finally I ended up giving them to my cats. While the shirts are now a little bit big they'll at least chew on them until they get bored.Order two sizes up. Or, buy these for your cats.
