A problem / update good for me
Update: Contact customer service after writing a review. They were very kind and considerate and immediately sent me a pair of replacement boots. They even made sure I received them and that they fit and the zippers work. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! When we received the boots the zipper on one of them got stuck and couldn't get it up or down. I put some coconut oil on it and it worked. It's not the best.
- I bought them for my granddaughter. She loves pink and loves these boots!
- upset. I wish it was a pair for the price like other 5 star reviews.
