This is definitely not a negative review. Although the black cartridge was found to be incompatible with my HP POS printer as it blocks the cartridges after use, the ValueToner has been amazing to work with. When I contacted them with a problem, they sent me a replacement free of charge. That didn't work either, so they sent me another one! WOW! Even though it didn't work, I got my money back for the cartridge right away. AMAZING customer service. While one of them didn't work, I appreciate their ability to try and help with a problem that isn't their fault.
