It takes me a long time to return the goods. These shoes are very disappointing. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they fit perfectly and are so pretty. I usually wear a 9 1/2 and they were great. However, one of the shoes had a defective sole. I have NEVER worn pumps where I feel like the heel slides back and the forefoot slides forward, very unstable. I'm not a petite person, but I wouldn't call myself fat by any means, but these shoes said otherwise. I wish I could say that a small person would have gotten a better result, but I honestly don't believe it. I put these beautiful shoes on, walked around the house for about 5 minutes, put them back in the box and printed out the return. Terrible!
