Pros: Quality - At $20 these are really good shirts. Well made and looks very good. Without wrinkles (as already mentioned). Colors - bought two different styles and happy with the colors of both. Fit - they fit well; They're longer shirts, so stay hidden. Cons: Collar loops are not sewn into collars. I'll lose one or both soon and I'll let you know how the collar works without her. The fit - they don't fit like another shape I have I have. Maybe a little thinner than a regular tailored shirt, but not by much. Other reviewers have mentioned the tent for boarding, and I can't speak to that yet as I was only wearing it under a sweater, but that's an issue. Perhaps most won't bother with a shaped fit. But I prefer a more tailored fit without a doubt. Update: When I wear them under a sport coat with a tie, they are amazing. So much so that I bought 3 more and now I have 5. I don't use collars and haven't had any problems with collars so far. I suppose that might change if I wore them regularly. It's a nicer fabric than my JCP or Van Heusen shirts, for example. And for that reason I recommend it. I keep 4 stars because they could be thinner but they are super good shirts. World.
