Labeled wrong. Really disappointed.
Very disappointed with this. The collar is MUCH larger than stated. The shortest was about 18 inches long and didn't fit my 14 inch collar dog at all. I have no idea how the company measured it at 12 inches. I got to the point where I tore the stitching and figured I could trim it short and use my sewing machine. no To keep it as short as I needed, the collar was then mostly chained. Ridiculous. I will not shop from this company again.
