I was concerned that these sheets would not fit my daughter's 8" mattress, but they fit perfectly. However, FYI they will not fit an 8 inch foam mattress or a 10 inch mattress. super soft; She likes lying on her bed (she had sensory issues with other sheets). For some reason I thought there were two pillowcases in this set (there is one in the description although there are two in the picture - probably so you can see both sides of a double sided pillowcase). I'm still happy with it as my daughter only has one pillow anyway. Make sure you wash them on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low or air dry. If you wash them regularly they will deteriorate (fortunately I did this to my sheets, not my daughter's).
