I bought my phone at a good price. It seems to have installed normally, but it doesn't work with Skype, I don't care what they tell me, it's useless.A. The instructions don't say how the sound goes through the phone. It happens to be hanging in Skype within 2 feet of the base. You're using the phone and then Skype on your computer turns off and the person is talking to the computer and you can't call or talk to them. E. The technician says to set the sound to USB, but it doesn't work, WinXP/Hone SP2 Win/XPpro SP2. This does not work with the USB period. If you cannot use the phone, no one will assist you and your Skype will remain connected to your caller after you "hang up" the call on the phone. F. Lying about contacts, inserts phone numbers and only skype accounts that don't have skype don't show up. You only see +15066608876 in contacts. Contacts in the menu for your PHONE, SKYPE IS NOT WORTH. If you enter your mother's or a friend's number in the contacts section, it cannot be dialed on Skype. There are no refunds, try to use it as firewood, it burns well, just take out the battery. PHONE buzzing! BUYERS ATTENTION DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! YOU must leave your computer on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, not put it to sleep, and shut it down for use. GARBAGE, but what do you expect from GE, they don't even have a tech support site or knowledge base or a number to call to troubleshoot an issue. There isn't even a repair download site for the ALPHA SOFTWARE it runs on. I burned out for $189.66! for a piece of junk. TRUST ME, THIS WON'T WORK IF YOU CAN'T GET IT THROUGH STATIC HERE!
