Review on LOCHAS by Robert Castro

I just had the displeasure of making a purchase at LOCHAS, and it was an ordeal I won't soon forget. Their website makes it seem like they have everything you could possibly need for your house or kitchen, but what they don't say is that it's all low quality. I was shocked by how low-quality the rug I bought from LOCHAS was. It was cheaply made, didn't last more than a few weeks, and was easily broken. Don't even get me started on the cheap looking furniture and decorations they have in their home. The poor quality of their goods is matched only by their even worse customer service. Their representatives were rude and useless when I tried to voice my dissatisfaction with them. It's as though they don't give a hoot about whether or not their clients are happy. In sum, you'd be better off going somewhere to do your shopping. If you're looking for high-quality kitchen and household goods, LOCHAS isn't your best bet.
