I like best about this service was it's price point compared with other similar services out there as well their customer support team who were very helpful in answering any questions or concerns we had during our trial period of usage! We are able manage up/down escalations (via ticket) from one department member all others being cc'd which makes life easier when you're running many departments at once vs having them deal directly w / your account rep - however they don't have access via tickets so always double check before sending emails!!
