I like that it is easy for me as an administrator or manager of our team members' schedules/attendance etc., It has all my information in one place which makes life easier! There isn't much dislike about this software but maybe some features could be added such as time off banked by department (if applicable) so we can see how many hours are left before they become available again? This helps us when scheduling staff with different vacation periods. The most helpful feature would have been if there was more flexibility with leave management - i'm not able to use multiple types at once due to its limitations within each type e.g. sick pay vs annual holiday entitlement. We've used other systems previously where you had separate entries per employee however being able to combine them into 1 entry saves lots of paperwork later down the line!!
