It has its drawbacks. I really wanted to like it after reading some of the reviews. Love the fact that it has both a dash intake port and an additional air outlet. Love the falling hand design instead of the phone resting on the dashboard in the sun. That being said, I have an iPhone 12pro and the description says it's compatible. Immediately after installing it, I noticed that it charges regularly. I wanted to return it almost immediately but had trouble filming it. Checked the connections and cables, checked the charger and removed the case from the phone. When I put the phone in the stand and let my hands clamp, it fails to charge. I have found this to work 100% when I hold my phone across the bottom of the stand it charges and holds my phone in place. I was happy with it until the arm collapsed from the locked position after a few days of driving because it couldn't support the weight ๐ I decided to trade it in for another one hoping the replacement would be better and I've got a bad one right now to get. UPDATE: The company has contacted me to say they can send me an updated version. I wasn't so sure at first, but I decided to give it a try. Your answers were great. They said they would send, I thought it would take a few days but it came the next day. I posted new photos of the updated version and it has an adjustable bottom stand depending on the phone type, there is a recommended setting. I did my settings and the first time I turned it on it charged and clamped securely and charges every time. Looks like they've updated their hinges as well, but time will tell. I am satisfied with the product and their customer service.
