These clips from Shure work great with the Shure WL93 lavalier mic and possibly other lavalier mics. However, I have two problems with them. The wire is difficult to insert into the terminal. You really need a small flathead screwdriver to get it all the way in. Be careful as the WL93 wire is quite thin. The other issue I have is that the clip is pretty brittle overall. It's been like this for about 20 years (or since the WL93 came out). If you step on one of them, there's a good chance it will break. Pressing the wire too hard can also break it. You'd think Shure would come up with a new clip with a new plastic in ten years. The bottom line is that you should always have a spare or two. By the way. The paper clip acts as a backup if you don't have a spare.
