Edit: On my last request for help I found an email from a person who works there , and she added the request as well. This connected me to a living person and now I am taken care of. Adjustment of the overall rating. I'm not sure how good the experience will be for other people who need support. The product I received more, although intended for car use, was fine with two mounts. Holds up well and isn't going anywhere. Comes off easy enough. If you drop it, make sure you don't lose anything. While it was in my trunk one of the quick release screws went missing and has still not been found. When I went to their website and asked about it (as well as something else at some point when it was new) there was never an answer. I just want to buy a new screw, is that a bit complicated? I don't know much about them, but this is a cheaper stand option. Obviously, with their support, you get what you pay for. I'm leaving two stars for now as I won't be able to use it until I decide what to do with the quick release screw situation. is that a bit complicated?
