I had to force, improvise and use the big hammer!

Parts do NOT fit together properly. I broke the joint pretty well, I had to force hammer the bottom base into the bottom pivot. However, the two pieces should have simply slipped together. I'm a big strong guy. I also ordered a second strut thinking it could be fitted to a bolt on second seat but NO. Luckily I was able to use the second mount that came with the mount by finding the right size screw and attaching it to the correct seat anchorage.

Amazing quality! I have a 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually and needed to have my MacBook available to view Excel spreadsheets, emails, etc. on the go. I bought this along with the telescope mount and it took less than 24 hours from ordering to Revain having it in my hands, WOW! As for the quality, I'm very impressed. Product is fine, support team not responding

Edit: On my last request for help I found an email from a person who works there , and she added the request as well. This connected me to a living person and now I am taken care of. Adjustment of the overall rating. I'm not sure how good the experience will be for other people who need support. The product I received more, although intended for car use, was fine with two mounts. Holds up well and isn't going anywhere. Comes off easy enough. If you drop it, make sure you don't lose anything…
