Easy to use, easy booking process with multiple payment options (credit card or bank transfer). The application is very intuitive so it's not difficult at all if you have no experience in car rentals industry before using this app! It would be great that they could add some features like customer reviews of cars as well but I think these are already available somewhere else too? We used smartcarrentals only because we had an existing contract which was easier than starting from scratch ourselves when looking into other apps such us rentavista etc., But now since our contracts ended there were many changes within their team/company itself - nothing really bad just more complicated procedures involved while trying new things out compared to what existed previously under one single contact person who knew everything about renting business inside-out. So far my biggest problem has been finding good deals online through different websites where prices can vary significantly.
