Hooray! I'm glad I found them to replace a broken pair of headphones. They were very easy to pair with my iPhone and very comfortable to wear. They are perfect for flying and small enough to carry in a purse, tote bag or gym bag. I wasn't sure I'd like the "nerd collar" but it definitely has the comfort benefit. Just have it ready to make calls or listen to music. I haven't checked the distance but I think 20 feet is enough. They're great for making phone calls while I cook, fold laundry, etc. Oh, and the sound! This is really great. Clear, with good bass and much better sound than the old headphones I'm replacing. After reading the LG 740, 750 and 800 series reviews I consulted my daughter who owns a pair of 730s and from her thoughts and feedback I realized that the 730s offer the features I need , at the best price. Some of the more expensive models have retractable earbuds, but I was concerned about their reliability. I don't need noise cancellation either as I need to hear a bit of what's going on around me. The 730s were a great choice for my needs at a great price.
