Arrived well packaged. Even the replacement tips came in boxes (2 per box, total 4 per pack). I love that you only buy concentrate because you're not paying for water, weight or volume. They all contribute to saving the environment and money. that is if you can find the refills because I couldn't find them in Revain. The cleaner worked like any other. It does not contain harsh chemicals. The dispenser bottle is curved to allow the spray to go under the toilet ring. The dark blue coloring was quite severe and made the toilet dirty until cleaned. It was both good and bad. It was clearly visible where I missed cleaning. Too bad all areas had to be cleaned to get rid of the paint including the bottom pit. Filling up is a bit tedious. Cutting open the refill container with scissors requires some force. Then pour it into a dispenser bottle after removing the spout. Then it is a little difficult to fill the bottle with water because there is no transparent window and it is difficult to tell how much water to pour. The first time I spilled the solution and had to scrub the blue paint off the floor.
