very long! I had to roll them up, but I didn't want to.
So, yes, I see in the picture that they are folded. They are long even when rolled up so I had to make the cuff so big it looked silly and my little one refused to wear it. We wanted cozy pants with ruffles, so maybe I just made the wrong choice. God, they are fluffy and cuddly!

- Leggings stretch well beyond the normal range of motion, making them perfect for active kids.
