I used this kit to remove pins from a 14 GMC Sierra door wiring harness to upgrade the tow mirror wiring harness. A plug-in tool costs between $80 and $100. I just used it again the other day to disassemble the connector for my hidden light harness so I could more easily thread the harness through the grommet. Working with harness connectors is a must!
