We were delighted to find headphones that look like a quality brand at such a great price. When we got them the comfort was amazing, the sound quality was phenomenal and the mic was a bit difficult to use, but there were no issues with audio out. However, after 4 days of use, the whole ear broke off. The plastic isn't flexible at all, so taking it off and putting it on bends the plastic in ways I don't think the designers meant to bend. It's not a giant head problem as they were designed for a 9 year old. :/
